**** Standard Delivery for furniture includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home. The items will be delivered by Fed-X. We will email you the tracking and it is your responsibility to check when it will be delivered. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. 

 

When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DRIVER. You need to see if the packaging is damaged, open the box, and check for any damage on the item or missing items per the instruction sheet. It is mandatory that you note any damage on the driver's delivery ticket by your signature. Remember, if you sign the delivery ticket without noting damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Do you offer Rush Shipping?
Yes. If you need faster service, RUSH DELIVERY shipping (see table above). If you need it overnight, please select that option at checkout. If you have ordered items that have stated delivery charges, such as furniture, those charges will be included in the delivery total.

How fast will I get my order?
Your order receives top priority. Orders are generally shipped by the next business day. Depending on your location, deliveries can take up to (40) business days, this is to allow our customer a chance to buy high quality products at the lowest cost possible. Rush orders will usually ship via DHL or EMS and includes insurance and signed delivery (required). Rush orders, regardless of delivery, will be processed the same day if the order is received by noon EST (Monday - Friday).

Can I track my shipments?
Most definitely. We consider this one of our premiere responsibilities. Those packages that request 7 - 15 days (as per chart above) will be shipped via DHL, or EMS. All other packages shipped under our standard shipping, whether its DHL or EMS, all shipments can be tracked via delivery confirmation.

Can my order be sent to a different address other than the billing address?
Unfortunately, no. We can't ship any of our items if you are shipping address is different from billing address. This is to protect both our company and the rest of credit card users around the world, who frequently fell victims of internet fraud. We take security of our site and users very seriously.

What is your return policy?

Toolsdirectsales.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order doesn’t meet with your expectations, contact us and request a return authorization number. This step is a must. Just repack it with the original packing slip and all tags attached, within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applies to returned items not being exchanged. You are responsible for the return freight. And, we are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items or items in the sale/clearance aisles. For more detailed information, please read our complete Return Policy.

How do I return an item?
If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us by email customerservice@toolsdirectsales.com or phone 1-844-688-4433 to obtain a Return Authorization. This way we are able to account every return properly.

Please note, before we process any return order, we will need to verify first if you meet eligibility. You will need to make a a short video (using a phone camera or any other video recording device) demonstrating the issue(s) on our product.

Can I return a gift given to me?
Sure! If you have a gift receipt (and we put it in every box) and are returning the item within 30 days, you will receive store credit for the full amount of the item(s). It’s the same as our standard return policy.

My shipment was damaged in transit. What do I do?
Each product is personally inspected before shipping, and we use the highest quality packaging. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please follow our return steps described in this page immediately to receive a return authorization. Please note: If you would like us to send the replacement before we receive the original item, your credit card will be charged a second time. As soon as we receive the damaged item, a refund will post to your credit card.
